Architecture Specialist

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate construction drawings and details
• Review proposed designs for compliance with applicable codes
• Complete independent assignments with minimal supervision
• Fluent in Design Principles for completion of assigned projects
• Cook up plans to review and integrate engineering, electrical, and HVAC solutions
• Cook selections with standard plans to generate site-specific drawings ready for permit

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Master of Architecture, a plus
• Residential architecture work or course work experience
• Proficient in Revit and MS Office programs; AutoCAD experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage project priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
