- Bachelor’s degree in architecture required from an NAAB accredited program.
- Registered Architect in Ohio. NCARB certificate or ability to obtain through reciprocity.
- Twelve or more years of related experience
- Strong client relationship building experience.
- Excellent communication skills and detail oriented.
- Self-motivated and adaptable.
About the role
Serve as the Client Leader for B&N Architecture in Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Create, foster, and maintain client relationships.
- Take the primary lead for marketing, business development, proposal preparation, interviews, and presentations with support from B&N Marketing and Communications team.
- Manage and mentor staff.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk.
- Actively lead and participate in project delivery to create exemplary client experience.
