Architectural Technologist required
About the role
Rance Booth & Smith Architects Ltd are seeking a full-time Architectural Technologist with good all-round experience to join their team in their Saltaire based Practice.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Manage contracts using JCT or NEC contracts
- Create technical drawings and specification packages for tenders
- Show a good level of design flair and strong organizational skills
Requirements
- Degree in Architectural Technology
- Membership of CIAT
- Three years post-qualification experience
Qualifications
- Excellent Revit skills
- Eligible to work within the UK
- UK valid driver’s license
