Job Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for leading client teams, which includes projects, programs and people, both within the firm and in its relationship with the client.
- Responsible for leading Designers and Professionals on a day-to-day basis and sets priorities within their group.
- Delivers high quality construction documents and project management to client(s).
- Works with Sr. Team Leads, Executives and other Team Leads to ensure the company is working as a single enterprise.
- Possess strong financial understanding and be able to work with Sr. Team Lead/Executive to accurately state the financial performance of their client(s).
- Works with Sr. Team Lead or Executives to determine team structure and talent needs.
- Participates in Marketing and Business Development in conjunction with Executives or Sr. Team Lead.
Job Duties
- Reports to either Sr. Team Lead or Executive and work with them to implement and guide their client(s) in direction as set by BOD and CEO/COO.
- Set budgets for their client(s) and projects and is responsible to the Sr. Team Lead/Executive for ensuring the client program(s) are profitable.
- Ensures high level Project Delivery Excellence to their client(s), ensures QA for their projects, and effectively communicates to their client(s), team, and management.
- Executes contract and/or review contracts for their client(s), as defined in the Contract Signing Protocol in the Knowledge Base.
- Works effectively with all team members on a project and strives to exemplify HFA culture, including our high level of collaboration.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Supporting and using standard procedures and processes.
- Engagement, Training, and Management
- Use 15five to engage with team: weekly check-ins, BSRs, 1 on 1s
- Conduct or participate in team meetings on a regular basis
- Work with P & C to create onboarding schedule
- Assign and track LinkedIn Learning paths
- Communicate to Sr Team Lead or VP when WFA requests are submitted, or you are made aware of them(Access abroad, relocation, etc.)
- Work with Sr Team Lead/VP to assess staffing/hiring needs for team based on projects and workload expectations
- Actively participate in leadership groups/meetings
- Communicate information from those meetings to team members
- Supporting engagement efforts, training, and learning opportunities
- Continually striving to model HFA Shared Values and encouraging team members to do the same
- Supporting BIMbassador activities and team members
- Provide input and approval for:
- Work with Sr Team Lead/VP on providing monthly projections and progress reporting
- Tracking progress and providing guidance on goals for team members
- Submit/review/approve invoicing for clients and assist with follow-up for uncollected payments
- Provide guidance and approval for team (travel requests, equipment upgrades, additional software, professional development/conference attendance, timesheet entries or corrections)
- Communicate needs/change requests with appropriate administrative support teams via the Studio Changes Request form in the Knowledge Base (team structure changes, name changes, title changes, etc)
- Create and revise business plans each year
- Create, communicate, and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when needed

Education Requirements
- Undergraduate or Higher Education Preferred
