Architectural Solutions Project Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage adherence to project schedule, internal budget, customer’s project budget, design task completions, and quality of design work.
• Ensure complete and accurate transmittal of project planning data to order entry along with project management assist.
• Understand Local building codes, ADA regulations, National Electrical Code, etc.
• Understand architectural product, including order preparation, project management, order management, and delivery/installation.
• Manage changes and revisions with costs in mind.
• Strong personal leadership abilities including meeting management, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, collaboration and prioritization.
• Execute drawings and pricing utilizing DIRTT software ICE.
• Experience in Architectural Construction detailing and coordinating MEP consultants.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• BS, BA or BFA degree in interior design, architecture
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, MS Project, and Procore
• Additional experience in design-build process and offsite construction methods
• Advanced communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Understand construction documents
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Proven sales ability with knowledge of business practices
• Experience in Prefab Software ICE- DIRTT Environmental Solutions
