Pay

Top-level earnings of $75,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience level.

Responsibilities

• Experience with standing seam metal roof systems, metal wall panel systems, plate and ACM metal wall panel systems
• Work in accordance with safety guidelines and job specifications
• Lead, motivate, and coach crews on roofing jobs
• Restore, remove, repair, and replace various commercial roofing systems (including architectural sheet metal)
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers and crew members
• Organize, plan, and achieve all goals based on the scope of work

Requirements

• 3+ years of sheet metal roofing experience (architectural, R-panel, or other relevant metal systems) or construction sheet metal experience
• Willing to work in varying heights and weather conditions
• Able and willing to travel out of town with hotel stay for up to 4 weeks at a time (required)
• Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds throughout the day and set up a ladder safely up to 40 feet
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
