About the role

Responsible for overseeing residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution
• Manage team of contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Communicate with clients to maintain project scope and expectations
• Monitor project costs and make adjustments as necessary
• Prepare and present project progress reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in residential construction management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Passing score on a background check
