About the role

The Architectural Openings and Access Hardware Service Specialist is responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients regarding the design, installation, and maintenance of industrial doors and access hardware systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation on the selection and specification of industrial doors and access hardware systems.
• Assist in the design and implementation of custom door solutions for various projects.
• Oversee the installation process of industrial doors and access hardware systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and provide recommendations for ongoing system improvements.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues related to industrial doors and access hardware systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of industrial doors and access hardware systems.
• Proficiency in using CAD software and other relevant tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ANSI and ASME standards for industrial doors and access hardware systems.
• Experience with various types of industrial doors and access hardware systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
