Architectural Metal and Glass : Project Manager/Estimator

About The Job

Company is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator for the Architectural Metal and Glass industry in the Tri-State Area. The position is based in Orangeburg, NY and is full-time, with the option to travel to Orangeburg, NY. This is NOT a remote position.

Duties

• Handle project Schedule, material & manpower coordination, fabrication coordination, and project close out.
• Create & Maintain of Project Schedules and status of all project activities.
• Coordination of Materials, In-House and with External Vendors.
• Ensure Daily Load & Scope Daily Requests are completed accurately and timely for each project scheduled.
• Career Development: Attend and record accurate jobsite meeting minutes, schedule concerns and action items.
• Document Meeting minutes at internal Project Management meetings and ensure all action items are updated and completed prior to action deadlines.
