We seek an Architectural Manager who will lead design efforts, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure projects meet high standards.
Responsibilities
Lead architectural design efforts across capital projects and tenant improvements—from early visioning through construction documentation
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to translate business goals into functional, well-designed spaces
Provide design direction and mentorship to our in-house interior design team (Spark Design)
Partner with development, pre-construction, and brokerage teams to prioritize and execute projects
Oversee and coordinate external architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure quality and consistency
Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to maintain high design and construction standards
Serve as a resource on building codes, design best practices, and quality control
Participate in design charrettes and contribute to build-to-suit and development opportunities
Stay current on workplace and commercial design trends and bring forward new ideas and concepts
Visit project sites and R&R properties as needed to support project success
Requirements
Preferred Education: 4 Year Degree
Experience: 10+ years of experience in architecture or related field
Skills: Strong leadership, collaboration, and design skills; knowledge of building codes and design best practices; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
