NY based firm specializing in high-rise luxury residential buildings seeking a Job Captain. We are seeking a candidate with 8+ years of experience, NYC high end residential design, mixed use buildings and commercial projects. Qualifications And Responsibilities 8+ years of experienceStrong background in RevitStrong understanding of creating a set of construction drawingsStrong understanding of DOB DocumentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to pick up a project in midstream and run several projects simultaneously is requiredExperience working on design and production drawings for new buildings, renovations and alterationsDiverse knowledge of architecture principles and practicesUses advanced techniques, and has responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and material approval.Acts independently regarding architectural methods and complexities.Supervision and guidance mainly concern overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters.May supervise a small staff.Mentors junior staff.Responsive and dependable to meet deadlines The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
