About the role

Woolpert is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our Mission Critical practice within our Buildings Team. This role is available in our Chicago, IL, New York, NY, Pittsburgh, PA, Charlotte, NC, and/or Miami, FL offices with a hybrid work schedule. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position; applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall design and execution of projects, from concept through completion.
• Work directly with firm leaders and clients at some of the world’s largest technology companies on complex, challenging projects.
• Apply collaborative thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency to ensure clients’ ambitious multidisciplinary projects are realized to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and a minimum of 6 years of related architectural experience.
• Master’s Degree in Architecture is preferred.
• Strong design, execution, and problem-solving skills; experience on complex projects is a strong asset.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects.
• Commitment to staying informed on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong digital modeling skills and well-developed organization, as well as strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.

Pay

Base pay range: $75,400 - $94,300 USD, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
