Architectural Designer

About the role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Designer. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in construction documents and construction administration. Multi-family and Senior Care projects experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing schematic designs
• Participate in meetings with consultants and client's representatives
• Assist in production of construction documents
• Assist in coordination with engineering consultants throughout all phases of the project
• Perform construction administration duties
• Participate in marketing efforts including attending presentations to prospective clients

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 2+ years of related experience
• Experience in Senior Care or Multi-Family projects preferred

Skills

• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Studio and MS Teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
