Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Architecture Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our growing Warren, NJ office. As an Architectural Designer, you will be the creative force behind transformative spaces, translating visionary concepts into technical reality. You will drive the design process from initial sketches to final execution, ensuring that every project reflects a perfect harmony of aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. By collaborating closely with clients and our in-house engineers, you will act as a strategic partner to understand their unique goals and deliver innovative solutions that redefine the built environment. Beyond the drawing board, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle—coordinating with cross-functional teams, navigating complex site challenges, and leveraging cutting-edge industry insights to keep our firm at the forefront of modern design.
Responsibilities
- Support architectural design and documentation from concept through construction
- Produce drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials
- Collaborate with in-house engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, civil) to develop coordinated design solutions
- Aid with building code research, material selections, and technical detailing
- Participate in internal design reviews, interdisciplinary coordination meetings, and occasional client presentations
- Contribute to project organization, file management, and quality control workflows
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 2–3 years of architectural experience in a design or consulting environment
- Strong proficiency in Revit; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Solid design sensibility and ability to communicate ideas visually and verbally
- Familiarity with building codes, construction documentation, and coordination processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting
- Progress toward architectural licensure preferred but not required
