About the role

Architect / Project Designer supports all phases of project development from design through construction administration, assisting the Project Architect with project assignments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of project development from Design through Construction Administration
• Assist Project Architect with project assignments and deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Sciences in Architectural Studies
• 3‑5 years of experience in an architectural office setting
• Experience in all phases of project development
• Experience with the permitting process
• Familiar with the Energy Code and IBC, IRC, ANSI, ADA Standards for accessible design
• Motivated to learn and contribute in a team environment
• Interest in pursuing Architectural licensure preferred

Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred
• Experience using 3‑D and graphic software design tools
• Interpersonal skills
• Design and graphic skills
• Problem‑solving skills
• Must live in or have the ability to relocate within commuting distance and have reliable transportation to facilitate a full‑time, in‑office work schedule
