Architectural Collaborative LLC

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design efforts from concept through construction documents
• Participate in construction administration
• Produce high-quality design drawings, computer 3D models, and presentations
• Integrate historic preservation principles into design and documentation when applicable
• Grow into a Project Architect role (or quickly assume a Project Architect role depending upon amount of previous experience)

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of professional architecture experience
• Current licensure is not required, but the pursuit of licensure is desired
• Completed Master's Degree in Architecture or a Professional 5-year Architecture Degree from an accredited university
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and problem-solving ability in addition to high-level graphic communication skills
• Highly self-sufficient, driven, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with design software (Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite; V-Ray a plus)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Developed knowledge base in construction detailing
• Construction administration experience is preferred but not necessary
