About the role

Responsibilities
- Create computer-aided plans using premier CAD technology to illustrate home plans, building materials, options, etc.
- Develop forms, charts, and other construction documents for internal review and future homeowner consideration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent of 2-5 years’ experience in the homebuilding industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop
- Knowledge of Google Sketchup
- Knowledge of residential construction and structural/mechanical designs
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architecture and a passion for the details that make ideas come to life. They will be able to work effectively within a team and contribute to the vision of creating high-quality homes.
Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop
