About the role

Responsibilities
- Create computer-aided plans using premier CAD technology to illustrate home plans, building materials, options, etc.
- Develop forms, charts, and other construction documents for internal review and future homeowner approval.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or 2-5 years’ experience in the homebuilding industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop and Google Sketchup
- Knowledge of residential construction and structural/mechanical designs
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architecture and a keen eye for detail. Passion for the finer points of home construction is essential.
