About the role
K. Hovnanian is celebrating over 65 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. This position involves creating computer-aided plans that bring our communities to life.
Responsibilities
- Create accurate and detailed plans using premier CAD technology
- Develop forms, charts, and other construction documents for review
- Illustrate home plans, building materials, options, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or 2 years' experience in the homebuilding industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop
- Knowledge of residential construction and structural/mechanical designs
Qualifications
Additional skills include proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop, Google Sketchup, knowledge of residential construction and structural and mechanical designs.
