Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute large-scale and complex data projects.
  • Completing hands-on delivery associated with data expertise (1500 billable hours annually).
  • Demonstrate expertise in leading/overseeing technology projects to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Connect with external professionals to learn the latest trends and share best practices.
  • Effective networker, with an ability to build relationships with client and evolv teams; capable of facilitating knowledge exchanges with industry peers.
  • Has multiple certifications related to current and up-to-date craft/technology expertise that benefits evolv financially through current/potential project work.
  • Participates an annual conference directly related to specialty.
  • Identified as a “key” expert on client project(s), authoring ideas.
  • Utilizing subject matter expertise to assist in pitching new work to previous or current Client(s).
  • Guide client teams on best practices and lead craft/technology on Client portfolio(s).
  • Liaison between Client and Delivery Lead/Client Lead.
  • Successfully influences evolv Team Members and Client key executive stakeholders on program(s) and/or portfolio(s).
  • Recruit top talent to join evolv from personal/professional network.
  • Hosting and presenting 1+ local meetup per year.
  • Authors case studies/success studies of 3+ client project annually.
  • Authors 4+ evolv blog post demonstrating though leadership in respective craft annually.
  • Creating, procuring, and distributing internal evolv training content related to respective craft/technology.
  • Well known alliance advocate/partner at evolv from a technology/craft perspective.
  • Committed to best practices relating to craft/technology across multiple clients (success metrics involve deliverables within their craft/capability are being met, influencing client decisions, and utilizing subject matter expertise to create new work on previous/existing or new clients).
  • Prioritize individual operational excellence by meeting or exceeding all utilization goals (1500 billable hours).
  • Contribute to evolv’s culture and personal development through collaborating well internally, displaying our core values, participating in internal initiatives (events/groups), and/or obtaining new certifications approved by leader.
  • Help grow evolv by providing team member/client referrals and connecting with our internal network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related technical field.
  • Snowflake and Snowpipe experience needed.
  • 10+ years of consulting experience in a data expertise.
  • Advanced facilitation and communication skillsets.
  • A real passion for building data solutions to solve client issues or enhance their business.
