Responsibilities
- Required to be onsite at client 1-day per week.
- Oversee and execute large-scale and complex data projects.
- Complete hands-on delivery associated with data expertise (1500 billable hours annually).
- Demonstrate expertise in leading/overseeing technology projects to ensure successful outcomes.
- Connect with external professionals to learn the latest trends and share best practices.
- Build relationships with client and evolv teams; facilitate knowledge exchanges with industry peers.
- Hold multiple certifications related to current and up-to-date craft/technology expertise that benefits evolv financially.
- Participate in an annual conference directly related to specialty.
- Serve as a “key” expert on client project(s), authoring ideas.
- Utilize subject matter expertise to assist in pitching new work to previous or current clients.
- Guide client teams on best practices and lead craft/technology on client portfolio(s).
- Act as a liaison between client and delivery lead/client lead.
- Influence evolv team members and client key executive stakeholders on programs and/or portfolios.
- Recruit top talent to join evolv from personal/professional network.
- Host and present 1+ local meetup per year.
- Author case studies/success studies of 3+ client projects annually.
- Author 4+ evolv blog posts demonstrating thought leadership in respective craft annually.
- Create, procure, and distribute internal evolv training content related to respective craft/technology.
- Serve as a well-known alliance advocate/partner at evolv from a technology/craft perspective.
- Commit to best practices relating to craft/technology across multiple clients (success metrics involve deliverables, influencing client decisions, and utilizing expertise to create new work).
- Prioritize individual operational excellence by meeting or exceeding all utilization goals (1500 billable hours).
- Contribute to evolv’s culture and personal development through collaboration, displaying core values, participating in internal initiatives, and/or obtaining new certifications.
- Help grow evolv by providing team member/client referrals and connecting with the internal network.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
- Snowflake and Snowpipe experience required.
- 10+ years of consulting experience in data expertise.
- Advanced facilitation and communication skills.
- A real passion for building data solutions to solve client issues or enhance their business.
