About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will create, develop, and execute outstanding design projects with a strong focus on sustainable and industrial design. This role requires a versatile architect with deep expertise in commercial and industrial architecture, proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling, site planning, and space planning, along with excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design architectural plans for commercial and industrial projects using innovative and sustainable design principles.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software to create detailed architectural designs.
  • Manage and coordinate with project teams throughout the design and implementation process.
  • Conduct site and space planning to ensure optimal use of space and alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Present design proposals and detailed plans to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all architectural designs comply with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Research and implement new design techniques, technologies, and materials to enhance project outcomes.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s degree considered an advantage).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, site planning, and space planning.
  • Solid understanding and application of sustainable design principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Portfolio showcasing completed architectural designs.
  • Professional registration as an Architect considered a plus.

Pay
