About the role
This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with CTO to shape and implement the company’s long-term technical direction
- Improve decision-making processes for architectural reviews and standards
- Serve as a technical advisor, clarifying ambiguous problems and guiding tradeoffs
- Mentor senior engineers to expand their influence and judgment
- Represent the CTO’s technical perspective in architecture and product discussions
- Support strategic conversations with customers and partners requiring technical depth
- Identify and advocate for emerging technologies that enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as an Architect, Principal Engineer, or equivalent senior technical leader
- Deep expertise in large-scale distributed systems, edge computing, CDN, or cloud infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to set technical vision and translate it into architecture and standards
- Strong judgment across technical, operational, and business tradeoffs
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts simply
- Prowed track record of mentoring technical talent and increasing their impact
- Ability to influence across teams without relying on formal authority
