Architect ML - AI Researcher

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate ML models for cloud-based SaaS applications in healthcare
• Design and evaluate predictive healthcare solutions through research and experimentation
• Collaborate on architectural solutions with offshore engineers and data scientists
• Implement responsible AI frameworks emphasizing quality and fairness
• Translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations for clients
• Lead architectural discussions and provide mentorship to senior team members
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective project delivery
• Cultivate a knowledge-sharing culture within the team and identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's degree with extensive industry experience in healthcare ML/AI
• Demonstrable success with major product releases in a commercial SaaS setting
• Hands-on experience with healthcare data types like EHR and clinical notes
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and familiarity with Java
• Experience with big data frameworks such as Azure Data Lake or Apache Spark
• Strong grasp of transformer models and hands-on experience with NLP frameworks
• Experience deploying production-scale ML models on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure

Pay

$120,000 – $160,000 annually
