Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support or consulting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Qualifications
