About the role
As an Architect within our Healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive healthcare IT systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT architecture
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in healthcare IT standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Experience with healthcare-specific software and tools
- Knowledge of cloud computing and its applications in healthcare
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT architecture principles
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Knowledge of data analytics and its application in healthcare
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
