Architect

B&N Architect Responsibilities

• Participate as an integral member of project team from start to finish for multiple project types and sizes.
• Complete tasks with little to minimal supervision including site surveying, due diligence, code compliance, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting and construction administration

Skills & Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited university
• Architecture registration is preferred but not required
• 3+ years of related architectural design experience
• Excellent time management and project organization skills
• Detail-oriented with an attention to quality and design
• Strong REVIT skills and technical understanding desired, along with proficiency in Enscape, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong interpersonal & written communication skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable

Minimum Experience: 3 years
Education: BARCH

Required Skills: Microsoft Office; REVIT
