About the role
The right candidate will be a motivated leader who maintains optimal business relationships and empowers their team members.
Responsibilities
- Drive the performance and success of our Architectural staff, projects, and program teams through the development and mentorship of junior Staff.
- Develop new business opportunities through direct and indirect customer contact.
- Oversight and facilitation of communication amongst internal and external clients.
- Aid the team in achieving its mission and profitability goals.
- Specialized experience as a Job Captain or Assistant PM is preferred.
Requirements
- Licensed Professional Architect in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 4 years of experience in the field of Architecture.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Architecture with a minor in urban planning or similar.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Software experience with Bluebeam, Excel, Deltek VantagePoint.
- Specialized certification in Architecture related systems. [NCARB, etc.].
