About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee excavation sites and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage and mentor archaeological field teams.
- Prepare and present reports detailing excavation results and findings.
- Collaborate with clients and other professionals in the field.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Archaeology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in archaeological fieldwork.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of archaeological methods and theories.
- Experience with archaeological survey techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in GIS software.
- Experience with artifact analysis and interpretation.
- Good physical fitness for fieldwork conditions.
