ARC Senior Sales Associate

About the role

The Senior Sales Associate will assist the management team in meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals to maintain a profitable operation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule store personnel
• Complete payroll information for all staff
• Receive applications and participate in interviews as requested
• Train, direct, and supervise new employees
• Ensure store personnel are aware of and in compliance with all policies, procedures, and government regulations
• Complete and forward sales reports and other required paperwork to the finance office daily
• Ensure the store is well stocked
• Be backup for the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager as needed
• Support the work therapy program component of The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers by providing professional conduct, work habits, and supervision (as directed by Supervisor)

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sales
• Ability to read and interpret simple income and expense reports
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication, customer service, and supervisory skills
