Arby’s Shift Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team members, provide coaching, and ensure smooth shift operations.
• Maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and address customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure all food is prepared according to company standards and health regulations.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and food preparation during the shift.
• Aid in training new team members and reinforcing company policies.
• Handle unexpected challenges and ensure quick, effective resolutions.
• Oversee setup or shutdown of the restaurant, including cleaning and securing the premises.
