About the role

KBP Inspired, an Arby’s franchise, is seeking motivated Team Members to join their team. This role offers paid training, free shift meals, an employee discount, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and access to PTO.

Responsibilities

• Create great experiences for our guests
• Participate in paid training
• Earn and use paid time off (PTO)
• Operate restaurant equipment safely
• Lift and move heavy objects as needed

Requirements

• No prior experience required, but background in customer service, food handling, cash handling, safety, or fast-food is a plus
• Must be 16 years old or older
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment

Pay

The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $15.00 per hour - $15.30 per hour.
