Arby's Shift Manager

About the role

Our KBP Inspired franchise location is looking for driven Shift Managers to join our Arby’s family. If you’re a natural leader with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members to ensure high-quality service and food preparation.
• Manage inventory, schedule shifts, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
