Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service and food preparation.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste management to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, inviting dining environment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage food production and delivery schedules.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $16.00 per hour - $17.00 per hour.

Shifts may vary and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
