Arby's Shift Manager

About the role

Our KBP Inspired franchise location is seeking Shift Managers with strong leadership and organizational skills to join our Arby’s team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste management to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations and meet production schedules.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met throughout the restaurant.
• Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by aligning with the brand’s mission and values.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of food service operations and industry trends.
