Arby's Shift Manager

About the role

Our KBP Inspired franchise location is seeking Shift Managers with strong leadership and organizational skills to join our Arby’s team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service and food preparation.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Plan and execute special events and promotions.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 8 hours long and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
