About the role
Our KBP Inspired franchise location is seeking Shift Managers with strong organizational skills and leadership abilities to join our Arby’s team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service and food quality.
- Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Plan and execute promotional events and special offers.
Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.
