Arby's Shift Manager

About the role

Our KBP Inspired franchise location is seeking Shift Managers with strong leadership and organizational skills to join our Arby’s team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory, schedule shifts, and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by promoting positive teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
