About the role
Our KBP Inspired franchise location is looking for driven Shift Managers to join our Arby’s family. If you’re a natural leader with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including menu preparation, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe dining environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock.
- Plan and execute special events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.
Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
