Arby's Shift Manager

About the role

Our KBP Inspired franchise location is seeking Shift Managers with strong leadership and organizational skills to join our Arby’s team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory, schedule shifts, and maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new initiatives.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
