What You’ll Own Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial resultsBuild your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General ManagersCoach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant resultsComplete required inventory counts and use results to help control costsCreate a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food What You Bring At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferredMust be at least 18 years oldAvailability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per weekAbility to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment Why KBP?
