Arborist Crew Leader

Job Summary

As an Arborist Crew Leader, you will lead a tree care crew, performing all tree care services safely and efficiently. This role offers advancement opportunities and a chance to enhance the skills of your team members.

Location

The Easton, MD office is located near the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries, providing a perfect setting for outdoor enthusiasts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Pruning
• Cabling and bracing
• Rigging
• Removals
• Maintain and operate equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts)
• Supervise and manage crews
• Train crew members appropriately
• Ensure compliance with industry and company standards
• Communicate with clients

Requirements

• A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
• Past experience in tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operations
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (Class B CDL preferred)
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (Class B CDL preferred)
• Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated
