About the role

We are seeking fluent Arabic speakers with knowledge of Saudi Dialects to act as evaluators. You will complete side-by-side evaluations of text and voice snippets, assessing how naturally and authentically the AI captures Arabic speech. This includes listening to audio clips and identifying how natural the voice sounds.

Responsibilities

• Side-by-side evaluation of text and voice snippets for quality and authenticity.
• Assessing naturalness of AI-generated audio.
• Quality control for tone and pronunciation.
• Contextual review of intonation matching cultural context.
• Data tagging: feedback on naturalness, tone, and authenticity.

Requirements

• Arabic language fluency: Fluent Arabic speaker with strong command of natural, everyday Arabic.
• Saudi dialect: Knowledge of Arabic dialects common in Saudi Arabia.
• Linguistic nuance: Ability to distinguish subtle differences in accent, tone, and vocal delivery.
• Communication: Fluent English skills for instruction following and reporting.
• Soft skills: High attention to detail; backgrounds in linguistics or translation are a plus.
• Technical setup: Access to a quiet environment and good quality headphones/speakers.
