Arabic Quality Assurance Lead (QAL)

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Arabic Quality Assurance Lead to support AI training projects and ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated Arabic content
• Monitor grammar, accuracy, tone, formatting & cultural relevance
• Evaluate trainer and QA performance
• Provide structured, actionable feedback
• Support onboarding, training & contributor activation
• Create quality documentation, trackers & guidelines
• Identify workflow improvements and recurring quality issues

Requirements

• Native/near-native Arabic with excellent writing & editing skills
• Strong English communication skills
• 3+ years of experience in Arabic writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of MSA, Arabic grammar, punctuation & regional dialects
• Experience with remote teams and collaboration tools
• Experience with AI data training, LLM evaluation, annotation, or AI quality assurance is a strong plus
