About the role

The role is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and engaging with customers online.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
• Create and publish high-quality content across various social media channels.
• Analyze social media performance metrics to inform future strategy adjustments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software.
