Arabic (Emirati) Language Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project

About the role

We're seeking Arabic (Emirati) language experts to contribute to the development of high-quality training data for AI models. Your expertise will help democratize world-class education, advance research, and improve communication and translation for Arabic speakers.

Responsibilities

• Challenge advanced language models on topics like dialectal variation, formal versus colloquial language, Arabic script, translation accuracy, semantic ambiguity, and cultural context.
• Document every failure mode encountered during testing.
• Converse with the model on language scenarios.
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness.
• Capture reproducible error traces.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• A degree in Arabic language, linguistics, or a closely related field.
• Peer-reviewed publications, translation experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects.
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Arabic grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics, and pragmatics.

Skills

• Strong understanding of Arabic language and culture.
• Experience with natural language processing and machine learning.
