Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing, cash applications, collections, and account reconciliations.
- Follow up on outstanding balances and work with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Prepare AR aging reports and assist with month-end close activities.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of AR experience
- Experience with NetSuite
- Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, cash application, and customer account management
- Strong communication skills
Pay
$60k-$70k depending on experience plus a discretionary performance bonus.
