What You'll Do
- Process and finalize customer invoices
- Match physical and electronic work orders to sales orders
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Enter and update data with a high degree of accuracy
- Perform manual invoice adjustments and calculations as needed
- Import invoices into QuickBooks and send finalized invoices to customers
- Affirm and maintain organized accounting records and paperwork
What We're Looking For
- Previous Accounts Receivable and billing/invoicing experience
- Hands-on QuickBooks experience
- Basic Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
PREFERRED
- Some college coursework or degree
- Experience with filing and document management
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and focused
- Able to manage repetitive processes with accuracy
- Professional and dependable
