Credit Manager
We are seeking a Credit Manager to oversee credit and accounts receivable operations within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This individual will play a key leadership role in managing risk, improving cash flow, and driving effective collections strategies while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage credit and AR operations, including team oversight
- Establish and enforce credit policies, procedures, and risk controls
- Drive collections strategy to reduce aging and improve cash flow
- Review customer creditworthiness and approve credit limits
- Oversee account reconciliations, dispute resolution, and deduction management
- Partner with internal teams to support order processing and account health
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
Ideal Background
- Proven Credit Management leadership experience
- Strong background in Accounts Receivable operations
- Demonstrated team leadership and staff development
- Experience owning credit policies and process improvements
- Ability to develop and execute collections strategies
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or similar environments preferred
