About the role
As an AR Manager, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment collection, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve payment terms and reduce bad debts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and financial data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on account performance and make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
